I've got a 1993 5-speed Savage.
The Suzuki owners manual says the oil required is 1.8 litres without a filter change and 2.4 liters with.
The Clymer manual for the 4 speed shows exactly the same oil capacity.
I looks like you have 1.1 litres too much oil in your engine.
I suggest you drain off the excess oil as soon as possible.
